Classical slat blinds - they were the first. Today they are replaced by PVC or aluminium slats.
But nothing can substitute the beauty of the natural material - the wood. The wood offers a wide variety of the colour modifications and mordanting.
They are connected by surface finished metal segments, which are then joined into a chainlet.
These metal segments provide regular apertures among the particular slats. This effect assures a partial illumination indoors, also when the blind is not drawn down completely. By the help of the tip-off mechanism, this blind can partially replace the textile tip-off awning. |

Covering the guiding rails by a wooden pine fillet you can get the impression of a compact design and colour unit. |

The wooden blinds are not only intended for historical buildings, where its replacement for new ones satisfies the often conservationists´requirements, but in combination with wooden bulding elements it becomes a searched-for item for the lately erected buildings too. |
