These slats are continuously profiled of the aluminium sheet by special machines. The hollow space in the slat is filled up with the plastic foam in order to improve the strength and the form stability.

The aluminium slats can be also extruded – herewith are produced extremely solid slats that are used for larger shutters with request on strength. A disadvantage is the bigger weight of the shutter.

This installation is suitable especially for the wooden roller shutters whose bale diameter is bigger than at the aluminium or PVC-shutters.
The optimal boxes for this purpose are the special boxes, e.g. by the company LEHR, or box systems by the manufacturers of the bricks.
After the completion of the building the roller shutter is rolled into the space above the window that is accessible mostly from inside through the revision cover.

Roller shutters in special shapes
We can deliver special slope roller shutters for the slope windows that are fully functional also in the special shapes.
The boxes for the slope roller shutters can be round or square.
The construction alternatives for these roller shutters depend on the individual review of the technical parameters of the window (area, angle, etc.).
The roller shutters can be installed also in the dormer windows, e.g. VELUX.
